What is the process for getting a cleaning scheduled with Simply Green Clean?

2. One of our Simply Green Clean associates will reach out within 24 hours for a free consultation.
3. Once all terms are agreed upon, we will schedule your cleaning based on your preferences.
Please note, Simply Green Clean provides reminders for upcoming cleans via text or email so you have ample notice, or can reschedule if you need to. And after our expert cleaners are done, we perform an inspection to ensure everything was done correctly and that you're satisfied.

What cleaning products does Simply Green Clean use and why?
The owners at Simply Green Clean spend much of their time researching products that are safe and effective to use. All cleaning products we use are EWG Verified - meaning they meet the Environment Working Group's strict standards for health. The average home cleaning product can contain harmful ingredients and impurities. But EWG Verified products are free of EWG's ingredients of concern that hard health and the environment, disclose their ingredients to consumers, and meet stringent air quality standards.

Can Simply Green Clean perform cleaning services if there are people at home?
Yes! Simply Green Clean's expert cleaners are able to clean your home no matter who's home. Whether you work from home, have kids at home, or even pets, we can work around you with little to no disruption.

How many people will clean my home and will it be the same each time?
Simply Green Clean will send the appropriate number of cleaners based on the size of the home and the type of cleaning. We make every effort to send the same cleaners every time if you're satisfied with their work. And in case they are unavailable, we can either send someone else or wait until they are back. Either way, you will be informed ahead of time so you can decide what's best.
